Spicy sardine dip

You can easily transform a tin of sardines into a spicy dip. This is a handy recipe, perfect for any impromptu gatherings

Ingreadient :
  • 125g can sardines in chilli olive oil
  • 100g crème fraîche, yogurt or soured cream
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • small handful of parsley, finely chopped
  • pinch of smoked paprika
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • pinch of onion granules
