I found this recipe over 30 years ago. I've tried several diabetes-friendly recipes, and this is one of the best.

Ingreadient :
  • 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
