  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Dulce de leche, for garnish
  • Whole and halved strawberries, for garnish
  • Edible flowers, for garnish (optional)
