These tasty white bread rolls are filled with cheese and onion – let everyone help themselves as part of a buffet

Ingreadient :
  • 500g strong bread flour, plus extra for dusting
  • 7g sachet fast-action dried yeast
  • pinch of sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, plus 2 tsp extra
  • knob of butter
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 140g gruyère, grated
  • 1 tbsp thyme leaves
