Grilled provolone and chorizo

This South American starter combines spicy chorizo with grilled provolone cheese.

Ingreadient :
  • 500g piece provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 3 (125g each) chorizo sausages, sliced
  • Fresh oregano leaves, to serve
  • 1 loaf crusty bread, sliced
