Cinnamon Doughnut Muffins

Back when my children were youngsters, they loved these doughnut muffins as after-school treats or with Sunday brunch.

Ingreadient :
  • 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1 large egg, room temperature, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk
  • 10 teaspoons seedless strawberry or other jam
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Direction :
