Chunky Guacamole with Cumin
A zesty bowl of freshly made guacamole nearly always gets the party started, and this recipe is bound to be the main attraction.
Ingreadient :
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 5 large Hass avocados, halved and pitted
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 jalapeño, with some seeds, minced
- Kosher salt
