Black Bean-Oat Burger

Shockingly simple to make, tantalizingly tasty, very vegan, and freezer-friendly.

Ingreadient :
  • 2 (15-oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¾ cup uncooked old-fashioned regular rolled oats
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices
